View Settings for Welcome
Hey guys, Glad to see people are up and commenting. Need some feedback from y'all. In response to Sean's question, I can in fact put up a list of the addresses of everyone directly on the Blog page. This however, may not be desirable for some to have their address open for all to see. Why this is an issue is because the current Blog settings I have set allow others to see the Blog if they come across it. I can change this so that only people who have been invited can see the Blog, and in that way only the people involved will have access. Or I can just send out a Word format address list when asked by email to keep security for all as high as possible. I think this latter approach is better. Feedback?

You could post a link to a google document/or spreadsheet. It can be shared with anyone who's invited to that sheet. I'm not sure but people may need to have a google or gmail account to view it though.
I think we just email the word out. Keep it simple.
My question... I have the CD done, and ready to send out, but I don't know who is actually participating as I've only reeived 5 CDs... not 18.
If I go back to the last time Sean sent a disc, since that time the people who have not sent a disc include: Vinay, Costi, Brian, Manoj, Monika/Terry, Marc, Sorhab/Deanna and of course Tarek and Henry. All of these people have been properly informed and still have not submitted. Now Henry and Tarek ASSURE me that they are currently working on their late disc and Tarek says he is doing 2-3 discs simultaneously, has received the address list and will send them.
So my suggestion for now is send to anyone on the mailing list except the people listed above but also include Henry and Tarek. This of course will be their last chance.

OK..so hang on, I'm in the midst of burning 2 Feb CD's. Need the mailing list too. I'll plan on sending to everyone.
Manoj, thank god you're still there. I've been wondering what happened 'cause you were such an enthusiast. SEAN...disc to Manoj as well.

I'm for a Word doc as well, and I can't wait for the new discs :)
I've sent the disc away to all those listed and having made a CD this past year, including Tarek and Henry. Looking forward to your CD's. Mine is a religious, bubblegum rap summer themed CD if that means anything coming from an atheist.
Ok, so I've been down but not out. Hopefully the product sent out today will make up a bit for tardiness. Would appreciate any recent discs if not too much trouble. Kent has my new address. Thanks.
