Nothing very specific to say

Hey guys, just posting for the sake of posting since I am lamenting the death of dialogue on Welcome to My Musical Brain. Thanks to those who continue from time to time to add their thoughts...I just always wished that with so many people on this Blog who have such great opinions as well as musical tastes, things would be fairly active. Anyway, we all have busy lives, very busy lives, with crazy daily commitments. I have been traveling a lot and have more coming up so haven't had nearly as much time to commit to music appreciation. Very few concerts....I would love to hear from people some of the best lives shows that they have been to in the last year or so.

Over and out...

Okay Kent because of a story you told me about how your mom took you to a concert when you were a kid - think it was Kiss - and I saw that Kiss was going to be playing a concert in Halifax this summer so I bought my brother and my nephew (12 years) tickets thinking that would be a pretty memorable son-dad thing. Going to wait a couple years for me and my kids but a memorable music moment I had 2 years ago was when Lena (3 at the time) and I were in TO on a girl's trip and we headed into a hemp shops/cafe in Kensington MArket (her choice - I swear) and we heard the Amy Winehouse "Rehab" song and she started dancing and singing and doing the "no no no" action for everyone to appreciate. Pretty funny. Not a concert exactly but as huge as a concert in terms of memories. Hoping to hear some outside stuff this summer, I'll get back to you.
