I haven't got anything to post right now but this is definitely a good idea. Didn't we have a Yahoo group going at one point? Does anyone still use it? Henry
The yahoo group, although a good idea, seemed to kill the email threads quite quickly. I think the blog is better organized, with the fresh posts appearing prominently when you log on. It may be difficult to get all of the group used to checking the blog on a regular basis, but let's hope it works.
I agree. I thought the Yahoo group was a great idea as well but for some reason, it just didn't work. The same may happen with this, but somehow I think not.
I am hoping that this Blog will help to keep everyone informed, entertained and generally connected on a regular basis with our exchange group. I understand that this may not add anything to the experience and having never done anything like this before, I don't know what to expect. let's see what happens!
